What is included in a complete feather flag kit?
A standard kit includes the custom-printed high-quality polyester flag, a reinforced fiberglass and aluminum pole set, and your choice of a base, such as a ground spike or cross base with a water bag.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Production typically takes 2-3 business days after artwork approval. Once shipped, standard delivery takes an additional 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Are your feather flags weather-resistant?
Yes, our flags are made from durable, UV-resistant 110g knitted polyester designed to withstand outdoor conditions. However, we recommend taking them down during extreme weather or winds exceeding 30mph to extend their lifespan.
Can I print different designs on both sides of the flag?
Absolutely. We offer double-sided printing where we sew two printed layers together with a block-out liner in between, ensuring your message is legible and vibrant from both directions.
What happens if I don't have a print-ready design file?
We offer complimentary basic design services. You can upload your logo and a brief description of your vision, and our design team will create a mockup for your approval before production begins.
What is your return policy for custom products?
Due to the personalized nature of custom flags, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective or there was a printing error on our part. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues.
