At Feather Flags, we stand behind the quality of our advertising displays and offer a 30-day return window for all stock items. Please note that custom-printed products are final sale unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Disassemble your flag and hardware, placing all components back into their original carrying case and shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Product
Affix your prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned flags for wear and tear, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
